Editorial policy

How ApexBasket approaches research, recommendations and corrections.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Research and evaluation

Our research may consider public product information, manufacturer or merchant materials, specifications, features, pricing and value, availability, documentation, public user feedback and other sources relevant to the subject.

We aim to explain the basis for an editorial conclusion and to avoid presenting assumptions as established facts. Product information can change, so readers should confirm details that are important to their decision.

Desk research and hands-on testing

Much of our content may be created through desk research. Desk research means evaluating available information without physically using the product. We do not claim or imply that a product was personally or physically tested unless hands-on testing actually took place.

When hands-on testing is performed, the article should explain the nature and limits of that evaluation where relevant.

Commercial relationships

Affiliate relationships do not automatically determine editorial conclusions. Sponsored or paid placements, if used, should be identified where appropriate. More information is available in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Updates and corrections

We may revise content when reliable new information becomes available or when a material error is identified. To report a possible error, email contact@apexbasket.com and include the relevant page title or URL.
